In response to the decision by the DDDC declining our request for an independent survey of radiation levels, we wrote to the council chief executive Paul Wilson on 6th September 2023, submitting further evidence from the International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF).

The above is clear indication that government guidelines regarding acceptable levels of RFMR are not safely standards.
We made clear that council refusal to survey the emissions from the telecommunications tower could be seen as protection of corporate interests by those charged with a duty of care and is not acceptable.
At the time of writing 16th September 2023 we have yet to receive a reply.
